1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of campjaisalmer.com (“Website”) and services provided by Aadesh Hotels Private Limited (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using the Website, you (“Guest”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed via full payment at the time of reservation.
  • We accept payments in INR and other supported payment methods.

3. Check-in & Stay

  • Check-IN & Check Out time shall be informed time to you at time of booking.
  • Guests must provide valid ID (passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar) upon arrival.
  • No minors (under 18) are allowed without adult supervision.

4. Activities & Safety

  • Adventure activities are subject to weather, availability, and safety assessments.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any activity without prior notice for safety or operational reasons.
  • Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Guests must comply with guides’ instructions; failure to do so may result in service denial without refund.

5. Changes & Modification

  • We may update these Terms, pricing, and offerings at our discretion.
  • Guests will be bound by the latest version; current terms are always accessible on the Website.

6. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

  • No Refund for No-Shows: If you book and pay but do not present at the camp on the reserved date, no refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel due to operational issues or safety concerns (e.g., extreme weather), a full refund will be issued within 10 working days by the original payment method.

7. Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 working days of written confirmation.
  • No refunds or returns are offered for partial or unused services, except as outlined above.
  • Refunds due to provider cancellations (ours or third-party vendors) will be processed similarly.

8. Guest Responsibility

  • You must respect camp property, local traditions, and wildlife.
  • Damages or losses caused by guests will be charged to the original card or billed separately.
  • Use of open flames or tampering with equipment is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability & Indemnity

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, injury, or damage arising from participation in activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • You agree to indemnify us, our agents, and staff against any claims or losses arising from your actions.

10. Force Majeure

  • In events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. We will offer a full refund or rebooking option.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information will be used solely for booking, payments, and lawful business purposes.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law (e.g., tourism authorities).

12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law; disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
